About Us

We're a small, friendly, and well-established local company based near Arundel. We specialise in light manufacturing and take pride in maintaining a high-quality, hands-on approach to everything we do. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a reliable and practical person to join our team.

The Role

You'll be working in a light manufacturing environment, handling a range of manual and assembly tasks. The role involves attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and some moderate lifting and manual handling. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out light manufacturing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Follow safety and quality procedures at all times Assist with general production duties as required Maintain a tidy and organised workspace Work independently and as part of a small team

About You

Practical, hands-on approach and good common sense Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Flexible and adaptable attitude to varied tasks Comfortable with moderate lifting and manual handling Own transport is essential due to our rural location Must have the right to work in the UK Must pass a criminal background check Must provide 2 x satisfactory references
