We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our team. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in managing food production during service hours, maintaining quality and consistency
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Oversee food presentation, ensuring dishes are served attractively and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Manage inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and minimise waste
Requirements
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a branded restaurant
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Demonstrable skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Supervising experience or team management capabilities are highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
