Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
Ensure all food preparation is conducted in compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Participate in training new team members on kitchen procedures and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the culinary or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
