We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in food presentation and ensure dishes are served promptly and attractively Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Supervise junior kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth kitchen operations Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control at all times Contribute to menu development by suggesting new ideas and innovations in food presentation and preparation

Experience

Proven experience in food production, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment Supervising experience or team management skills are desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Experience in culinary arts, including food preparation and presentation techniques Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service excellence Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment
