We are now recruiting for our 2023 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country park, Lincolnshire

Salary: \xc2\xa312.20

Job type: Seasonal

We need someone who understands that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. Someone who can look after our guests when they eat, drink and relax in our bars and restaurants. We need someone who can be an asset to the team in the kitchen, Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

Working in any one of our 3 amazing venues.

Spitfire is our largest venue boasting up to 1500 covers a day in busy periods. Spitfire offers a pub classics style menu using fresh ingredients and all made in house. Spitfire offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

Tattershall Park Pub is a newer venue to our park and is a hive of activity, being open to our guests as well as the general public. The pub offers a gastro pub style menu using fresh ingredients all made in house. Offering lunch and dinner menus

Propeller is a fully serviced a la carte restaurant, serving a variety of Mediterranean dishes from pasta to pizza and steaks. Propeller offers and lunch and dinner menus

What you will be doing

You will be working in the engine room of the kitchen ensuring guests receive a memorable experience through excellent service and food quality.

  • Working as part of a team you will be responsible for food preparation and cooking.
  • Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard.
  • Adhering to operational cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Supporting team members to help them be the best they can be
  • Work alongside kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is \'not your job,\' you are our sort of person. You will be following standards set by the company to ensure a professional working environment to deliver delight to our guests.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need.

  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Experience of working in a kitchen.
