We are seeking a dedicated Line Chef to join our culinary team In a 5EHO building. Career progression available. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and production, ensuring that every meal meets our standards of excellence. This position requires both culinary expertise and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Skills

Proven experience in food production and preparation within a restaurant setting. Good culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership abilities, fostering a positive work environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members. A background in hospitality is advantageous, enhancing customer service delivery.
