The Role
- Maintain our high standards of food service
- Working with the Chef Team to produce high quality, fresh food to our high standard
- Helping with prep, stock checks, and deliveries.
- Maintaining all food hygiene processes and procedures
- Prepare and work to specification on our menu
The person
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
- Experience in a similar role
- A passion for great food and pride in every plate you send out.
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take on varied tasks, and work effectively as part of a team
- Understand and adhere to all food safety measures
