We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations. This role offers an opportunity in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality throughout all kitchen operations
Requirements
Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent food preparation skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Experience in serving customers or front-of-house duties is advantageous but not essential
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as required
