Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Follow food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Supervise junior kitchen staff as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or pub setting. Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
