Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards Assist in the organisation and setup of the kitchen before service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional experiences Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards Support the team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles, preferably within a similar setting Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends are required, this is a daytime only job. A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering high-quality food experiences
