Job Description
We\'re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team What\'s your Role? To support senior chefs with all aspects of the kitchen while having the confidence to run your own section through busy service. You will have a desire to learn and relish in any new challenge. You will help in the coaching & development of your team and encourage them to take pride in their role through a consistent and positive approach to their work. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a skilled and experienced professional to:
- Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring great food in a great environment
- Work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operations
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard The
- Self-motivated, driven, passionate, and professional
- Ambitious and keen to learn and develop
- Track record of delivering exceptional dishes, in a time-pressured, fast-paced environment
- Experienced in running the stove/hot section of the kitchen
- Great presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience of working with a team to cater for private events and large group bookings would be helpful but not essential.
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
