Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in preparing delicious dishes for our guests. As we move into the busier Christmas season availability for key trading times is essential with greater flexibility as we move through 2026, this position is not seasonal. It includes working hours across evenings & weekends, especially during November & December
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure food safety & allergen procedures are strictly followed in the kitchen
- Follow guidance from Head Chef & Venue Management Team
- Maintain a clean, safe & organised kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to provide excellent hospitality service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy kitchen environment
- Proficiency in culinary skills and techniques with a focus on food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within a restaurant setting
- Ability to work well under pressure solo & in a team, in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable dining experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
