What you'll do

Our Line Leaders are hugely important to us - you will report directly into the Team Leader and be used to working in a fast-moving multi-disciplined environment. We need you to demonstrate our Values by:

Accurate scanning and completion of line documentation

Metal detection and check weighing where necessary

Who you are

Essential

Self-motivated and able to work on your initiative

Experienced in managing a team

Good level of literacy and numeracy in order to carry out reporting duties

Possess strong IT skills

Industrious and able to prioritise tasks

Desirable

Have basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 12 months

Food/process manufacturing background

Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points

Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) and/or COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) is a bonus, showing you're ready to contribute to a safe and efficient environment.

Shift pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:15 - 16:00 and Friday 05:15 - 14:00

Potential seasonal shift work expected from June to the end of December (06.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00)

Because of the nature of our business and the responsibilities of your role, we may occasionally ask for your flexibility to work extra hours, weekends, or shifts during busy seasonal periods. We appreciate your support in helping us meet these demands!
