About the Role

:
As a Line Leader at JZ Flowers, you'll manage the production team, ensuring smooth operations, top-quality bouquets, and meeting production goals. You'll coach and motivate the team, perform quality checks, and handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee production to ensure quality standards and customer specs are met Lead, support, and train the production team Perform regular product checks and address quality issues Manage materials, schedules, and production data Ensure a safe and clean work environment Drive efficiency and help resolve problems quickly Flexibility to take on extra shifts if needed

Skills & Experience

:

Proven leadership and team management Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Horticultural knowledge is a plus, but not required
