A Day in the Life of a Line Leader
As a Line Leader, you will oversee a production line during your shift, ensuring timely achievement of the production plan while adhering to safety, quality, hygiene, cost, and environmental standards in our 24/7 operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure a safe working environment compliant with local laws and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement
: Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and empower the line team.
Production Management:
Help meet Factory Operational Master Planning (OMP) targets to support business goals & coordinate line team duties, prioritizing tasks based on production needs.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead the Shift Operational Review and Autonomous Working Group (AWG), fostering a culture of motivation and continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving
: Collaborate with Engineering to address unplanned stops and root cause analysis.
What Will Make You Successful?
This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
Strong leadership and guidance capabilities.
Proficiency in identifying root causes and implementing corrective plans.
Desirable: TPM or Lean Manufacturing experience.
