Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Rotating, 0615-1415 & 1415-2215

We're now looking for a Line Leader to coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient production line operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the production schedule and ensure that orders are prepared to the desired quality by working safely and producing in the most efficient way. Ensure that all H&S pre use checks on machinery are carried out at the correct times. Having a clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team. Prepare and execute the shift handover with your colleague on the next shift. To be responsible for all documentation relating to the production line.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have warehouse operational experience and are looking for their next step up. Previous experience in managing a small team 3+. Production or Co-Manufacturing, experience preferred. Have excellent communication skills.
