Allpress Farms is the UK's finest grower and packer of leeks. We are looking for a Factory Line Leader to help drive excellence on our processing lines and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier produce across the UK.

This position is based at our site in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading your line to ensure smooth, efficient production in line with daily plans. Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and specification compliance. Completing all line paperwork accurately and on time. Supporting the wider production team and setting a positive example every day.

Hours of Work:

4 days on, 4 days off 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Line Leader/ Machine Operator in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment. A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. Someone who thrives under pressure and leads with integrity. Own method of transport - due to our rural location, we're not on any main public transport routes.
