Tuesday to Saturday & Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Line Leader (Cut)

to join our late shift team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality herbs to our customers.

About the Role

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a production line to ensure:

Efficient packing operations

Meeting product specifications

Maintaining health & safety standards

You will coach and support team members, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our values of

quality

are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to deliver efficient, quality-focused production every shift
Drive line efficiencies, reduce downtime, and manage waste effectively
Monitor and improve staff performance through coaching and upskilling
Maintain accurate records and ensure full traceability of all production
Liaise with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly
Uphold hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards at all times
Ensure machinery is cleaned and set up correctly before and during shifts
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team KPIs

About You

Proven experience in a similar food production or FMCG environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A keen eye for quality and detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
Flexible, positive attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
