Line Leader - Production

Pay:

12.90 - 14.01

Hours:

06:00 - 14:00

Monday - Friday

Including 30 minute paid break

Roles and Responsibilities

:

Working within a busy food manufacturing environment producing a variety of different products including seafood. As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating machinery and providing support to Shift Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.

- Assist Shift Supervisor in coordinating daily operations and managing workflow.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output and machine performance.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

- Train and mentor new employees as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment as Team Leader/Line Leader. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative.
