Line Leader Warehouse

Nottingham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Join the Team Behind the UK's Boldest Sauces

At Sauce Shop, we've been shaking up the condiment aisle since 2014--and we're just getting started. Our mission is simple: to lead the way in flavour and quality, crafting sauces and seasonings that bring real authenticity to every kitchen.

What began as a small kitchen experiment has grown into a nationwide brand loved for its bold taste and uncompromising ingredients. We don't do artificial--just honest, flavour-packed products made with care.

But what really sets us apart? Our people. Life at Sauce Shop is fast-paced, creative, and full of flavour (just like our products). We live and breathe our values, and no two days are the same. If you're passionate about food, driven by quality, and excited to help shape the future of flavour--we'd love to have you on board

If you are excited by the above, we are seeking someone, who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and take charge -- someone with a real

challenger spirit

who's always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to run the warehouse and improve the area. You'll be the kind of person who brings people together and leads by example, showing what

one team

really means in action. You care about doing things right, keeping people safe, and supporting those around you -- because you

care hard

about results and your team. If you're organised, proactive, and motivated to make the warehouse better every day, you'll fit right in

If this sounds like you....check out the role below!
