Exciting new opportunity for a Line Service Operative / Production Operative in Milton Keynes!
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 32,760 rising to 35,868 upon full qualification
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Continental Shift Pattern (12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights)
Join a leading food production facility where quality, safety, and teamwork are paramount. This role involves operating packaging machinery, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Flowwrap and Multivac packaging machines.
- Perform quality checks per food safety standards.
- Run multiple production lines, minimise waste, and meet KPIs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage stock and ensure traceability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Reliable and teamwork-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
- Able to work 12-hour Continental shifts.
- Experience in food manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
