THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock - including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for positive and pro-active Line Service to join our fast-paced Warehouse team at our Frome site on a full-time basis.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 5.45am-2pm & 1.45pm-10pm

Responsibilities

To ensure all production lines are supplied when required with the relevant componentry and bulk to facilitate the correct production. To ensure all items are counted and prepared correctly to enable items to be processed through the Sage De-kit programme.

Patrol all lines throughout the day; ensure that the lines are topped up as and when required by Team Leaders. Keep the Filling Hall & Warehouse clean and tidy at all times i.e. empty baler when full, and empty cardboard, black bag bins and plastic knapsack holders when full or at the end of the day. Check that pallets have been downloaded by QC and wrap and take to the warehouse. Ensure the works order paperwork corresponds with the components and the bulk issued to the filling line. Accurately count (checking weight where appropriate) and record the box break down of each item and the location of each pallet Categorise rejects, strapping outers, taping up all counted boxes/ bags, and applying a part box sticker where appropriate Consistently maintain a high level of accuracy in relation to all paperwork and procedures Remain flexible between Line Service & Returns

Requirements

Experience working in a similar role preferred but not essential as full training will be given The ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload To be able to communicate effectively & positively with all colleagues, Team Leaders & Managers A positive and flexible approach Consistently follow all GMP requirements
