We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Dispatch Agent in Bellshill.

Working hours: 37.5 per week

Shift pattern: 18:00 - 02:00


Extra hours available on Sundays on a rota basis.

Salary: will include night premiums

Permanent position, Holidays starting at 23 days, Retirement Plan, Free Uniform and PPE, Life assurance.

What will you be doing?

Communicating with the drivers on a daily basis Using inhouse system to arrange and log drivers' routes Tracking trailers and drivers and updating the information Collating and distributing reports Distribute and record mobile technology to the drivers Dealing with vehicle breakdowns and maintenance


What are we looking for?

Someone who is computer literate and can use Computer literate excel and word programme's Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines A great team player with the ability to work alone when required Someone who must be willing to complete training when required Good communication skills Previous knowledge of transport road operations would be an advantage but not necessary
