Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a background / qualification in photography, videography and preferably drone use. This role has no specific sales requirement and this is not a traditional Listing Agent role.

As a Listing Agent at Charles Louis Homes, you will be responsible for bringing our clients properties to life through photography, drone footage, listing descriptions and social media posts.

The role will be varied and requires local travel using the central Ramsbottom office as a base and working environment. A driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales and office team to produce high quality listings, pictures, videos and social media posts for homes and properties being sold through Charles Louis Homes. Prepare and present property listings, including high-quality photographs and detailed descriptions. Utilise industry software to create and add listings and brochures to the market. Full training will be given on the software. Work closely with the marketing team to help develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels. Communicate effectively with clients when visiting their homes, providing an overview on planned marketing for their properties and working with the home owners to identify the best features for photography and the listing. Utilise your creative skills to ensure that properties stand out from other estate agents in the area. Utilise your photography and videography skills to ensure properties are presented in the best light through various marketing channels. Liaise with clients and the sales team to plan and maintain an organised diary of appointments for client visits. Effective plan your time to deliver marketing and listings in line with client expectations.

Skills

Good communication skills to work with clients and stakeholders. Good organisational abilities with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and marketing activity simultaneously. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance property visibility. Full training will be given for those without industry specific marketing experience Experience and strong interest in the use of camera and drone equipment and the production of videos for social media use. Experience (professional or personal) in using social media. Previous experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential. An interest in property and the housing market and a willingness to help define and embed this role is essential.
