The starting salary is 29,500 with a rise to 31,000 following the probationary period, with the opportunity to progress to over 34,000.

The role is full time (37 hours per week) but part time hours would be considered and is based in our office on Blackbrook Business Park in Taunton, TA1 2PE. Suitable candidates must live within a commutable distance to our office in Taunton (we recommend within 15 miles).

About the role



With an exciting pipeline of new projects and product developments, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised Literature Specialist to join our Marketing Team at WPA.

This pivotal role ensures our product literature remains accurate, up to date, and customer friendly. As part of the Literature Team within Marketing, you'll be the go-to expert for coordinating literature changes across the Insurance Division--helping to maintain consistency and clarity of benefits and rules throughout our entire product range.

What you'll be doing:



Managing and updating product literature for our health insurance products Collaborating closely with our Group Legal Team, Creative Services Team, and senior stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of all product documents Coordinating print volumes and meticulously checking proofs before giving the final sign-off Communicating literature updates to the wider company once documents are approved

About you



You've got an eye for detail, a love of organisation, and a methodical approach to your work. Ideally, you'll have experience in financial services--particularly insurance--and be confident managing your time and juggling feedback from multiple stakeholders across several documents at once.

You enjoy being part of a collaborative team but are equally comfortable taking ownership of your own projects. You understand the importance of consistency and the finer details, and you're confident communicating with colleagues at all levels to get the job done.
