Job Purpose

To lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality and compliance throughout our operations.

This role is crucial in producing 100% accurate works instruction to schedule lithographic print production.

Key Accountabilities:

Work with our Account Directors/Developers to understand job briefs Produce accurate production information by collaborating with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders Understands capacity issues within all areas and amends plans accordingly Support the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality process controls Attend and contribute to production meetings Work with a team to cover all aspects of production planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrable understanding of print scheduling and understanding of manufacturing processes Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management systems

Good understanding of Microsoft Excel

including the ability to work with spreadsheets, use formulas and interpret data for reporting and analysis Experience of working with Tharsten MIS is desirable but training will be given

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
