Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lithuanian Language speaking Retail Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Handle transactions accurately using the till system, ensuring basic maths skills are applied effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Ability to speak Lithuanian language as well as good English. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Excellent organisational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked at all times. Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Strong communication skills to engage with customers clearly and effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
