The Role
We are looking for a Litigation Assistant to join our busy London Personal Injury Team. This is a critical support role that will involve working closely with fee earners to assist with the procedural and administrative aspects of casework. You will gain hands on experience in a litigation focused environment and be involved in supporting up to three fee earners on a variety of personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop in a legal environment with exposure to all aspects of case management and court work.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients, experts, and third parties playing a key role in building each case
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
Conduct basic legal research and help with the collation of evidence
Monitor key deadlines and ensure timely task completion
Support fee earners with diary management and hearing preparations
Input and maintain accurate information on case management systems
Provide administrative and procedural support to fee earners handling personal injury cases

What We Are Looking For
A graduate who has recently completed a law degree or a candidate with prior legal knowledge/experience
Someone who may already be working in a legal or litigation support role
The ability to support case progression through hands-on administrative and procedural involvement
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work closely with other professionals
Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced legal team
Working Arrangements:
Based in our London office, with hybrid working options available. Full-time role with core office hours.
