Role Overview
Manage a
caseload of Employers' and Public Liability claims
(fast-track, non-portal and portal-exit)
Issue and progress Part 7 proceedings
through to settlement or trial
Assess liability disputes, gather supporting evidence, and advise clients accordingly
Draft Schedules of Special Damages and instruct medical experts
Value damages including PSLA, loss of earnings, and care/assistance
Prepare trial bundles and briefs to Counsel
Liaise with courts, solicitors, insurers, Counsel, and clients
Report regularly to clients and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Minimum
1 year of EL/PL personal injury case handling
, including
Part 7 litigation
Strong grasp of relevant legislation and CPR procedures
Confident in issuing court proceedings and managing litigation to trial
Excellent drafting, organisation, and time-management skills
Personable, professional, and client-focused
