Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled litigator to handle a varied caseload, provide expert legal advice, and represent clients in court and dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities




Deal with new enquiries and manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and property disputes. Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients, assessing risks and potential outcomes. Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation proceedings. Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and contracts. Engage in negotiations to resolve disputes efficiently before trial when appropriate. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and timely updates. Stay up to date with legal developments and case law relevant to litigation. Ensure all legal proceedings comply with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements and Attributes




4+ years' litigation experience. Authorised to practise litigation under the Legal Services Act 2007 (LSA 2007) Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to contribute to business development and the firm's growth.
