The Role:

Blackstone Bridge are working with a respected full-service firm in Chorley seeking a

Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor

to join their growing team. This role would suit a solicitor with at least

1 year PQE

, ideally with broad experience across commercial and civil disputes.

What You'll Do:

Advise and represent clients across a variety of legal matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings Keep accurate records of cases and client interactions Stay up-to-date with changes in law and case precedent

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year PQE in litigation or dispute resolution Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Excellent written and verbal communication Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases Proficient with legal research tools and relevant software Commitment to professional growth
