Litigation Paralegals or Solicitors & Pre-Litigation Paralegal due to expansion

Kaizen Law are looking for experienced Litigators to join their well-established Litigation department. Kaizen Law have worked with large prestige credit hire providers for many years. Kaizen Law is conveniently located in Bolton Town Centre just 2 minutes walk from Bolton train station. By road you can be on A666 on seconds which connects onto M61. We have a free gated car park for Employees.

-- JOB 1 SPECIFICATION

- Litigation Paralegal or Solicitor --

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years previous Litigation experience in a similar RTA role, dealing with Personal Injury Litigation cases. Knowledge of credit hire, recovery, storage and liability arguments are very desirable.

-Managing and handling their own litigated caseload of RTA claims.

-The number of files and value of files will depend upon experience.

-The caseload will typically consist of mainly Fast Track and Multi-track litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files.

- Proactively managing their task list and ensuring that the firm's case management system is used properly

-Ensuring that settled files are processed promptly and file closures are kept up to date

- Working within the firm's standard service levels and keeping various groups updated.

- Litigation experience essential

- Claimant Credit Hire experience essential.

- Personal injury and vehicle damage case handling experience essential.

- Non Whiplash personal injury experience will be an advantage.

- Experience in Fast and Multi track claims desirable

- In depth knowledge of liability and quantum issues

- Ability to work to meet Court deadlines.

- Proclaim experience desirable.

- Salary is competitive and up to 30k to 35k dependent upon experience

- Required to start as soon as possible.

Competitive salary at market rate and would be dependant on applicants experience.

-- JOB 2 SPECIFICATION - Pre-Litigation Paralegal --

This role requires a Claimant RTA Paralegal for our Pre-Litigation department. The successful candidate

MUST have at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar RTA role

, dealing with Personal Injury Portal cases. Knowledge of credit hire, recovery, storage and liability arguments are desirable.

(Please do not apply without 2 years previous experience).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.

- Personal Injury Portals Claimant work and preparation of medical evidence/ files for litigation.

- 180 file individual caseload (i.e. not a team caseload)

- Personal injury and vehicle damage case handling experience essential.

- Claimant Credit Hire experience is very desirable.

- Proclaim experience desirable.

- Salary 22k to 26k dependent upon experience

- Required to start as soon as possible.
