Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious

Litigation Executive

to join our busy Litigation Department in our Central London office. This role would suit a

CILEX-qualified executive (or part-qualified)

or a candidate with strong litigation experience who is looking to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters including civil disputes, debt recovery, contractual claims, and landlord & tenant issues. Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements. Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients. Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and courts as required. Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trials. Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies. Contribute to the growth and development of the Litigation Department.

Requirements:

CILEX qualification (completed or part-qualified) is preferred, though strong litigation experience will also be considered. Previous experience handling civil litigation cases. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage caseload independently and work to deadlines. Strong client care skills with a professional and proactive approach. Must be available for a

full-time, office-based role

in Central London.
