Litigation Executive:

Complex & Catastrophic Injury: Liverpool

About the Role:

As a Litigation Executive, you'll work both independently and as part of a dedicated team, supporting our Fee Earners in managing case files and handling claims for our clients. Whether you have a law degree, GDL, LPC, or previous experience in file handling or insurance, we welcome your application! We believe in nurturing talent, so if you're eager to learn and develop your skills in an exciting niche of law, we'll provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

What You'll Do:

Assist with preparing legal documents such as letters of instruction, court papers, witness statements, and applications.



Communicate daily with clients and third parties to handle queries and chase updates.



Update case management systems and maintain accurate records.



Support administrative tasks like opening/closing files and billing.



Contribute to liability and quantum investigations as needed.



Help meet management information requirements and uphold client service standards

Who You Are:

Educated to degree level, preferably in Law.



Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).



Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.



Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



A team player who can also work independently.
