We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious

Litigation Fee Earner

to join our legal team at Middletons Solicitors, a reputable and forward-thinking law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from instruction to conclusion. Draft legal documents, witness statements, and court pleadings. Attend court hearings, case management conferences, and client meetings. Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in dispute resolution processes. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to deliver excellent outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A minimum of 5 years' PQE Experience with property related matters, professional negligence and contractual claims. Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines. A proactive and organised approach to caseload management.
