Our clients are a busy small firm of solicitors based in Great Barr, Birmingham, which provides an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic

Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (1-3 years PQE)

to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their skills within a supportive and well?established firm with a strong local reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of civil and/or commercial litigation matters including Landlord and Tenant, Property, Contract Disputes, Negligence and Debt Claims. Assisting senior fee earners on complex cases and court work Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation Conducting legal research and contributing to case strategy Liaising with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders Ensuring high standards of client care and file management

About You

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with

NQ-3 years PQE

Experience in litigation (civil, commercial, or general dispute resolution) Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing a career within litigation
