Job Description
Part-Time Litigation Solicitor (Freelance / As-Needed)
We are seeking a practical, experienced litigation solicitor to support our internal team in managing 4-5 live litigation cases. The role is part-time and on an as-needed basis, with flexible hours and mostly remote working.
Key duties
Manage existing case files in commercial and property litigation
Liaise with counsel and court
Prepare witness statements, case summaries, bundles
Attend meetings/hearings if required
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' PQE
Strong litigation and case management skills
Practical, solution-oriented mindset
Experience working with SMEs / property-related disputes preferred
This role suits a freelance or semi-retired solicitor looking for flexibility. Hourly or retainer-based rates considered.
