We are pleased to be assisting an established and highly respected commercial law firm in the heart of London who are seeking to recruit a dynamic Litigation Partner to join their growing disputes practice. With a solid platform, cross-sector expertise, and a commitment to client excellence, the firm offers the perfect environment for an ambitious individual looking to take their practice to the next level. The Firm has a solid PEP and top of Equity and is on a sound financial footing.
The Role You will assist in continuing to expand a strong caseload of complex, high-value litigation matters, working with a varied client base including corporates, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. The practice covers a wide range of disputes including commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence, and real estate litigation.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ years' PQE
Demonstrated success building and leading client relationships
A collaborative approach and the ability to mentor junior lawyers
Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and collegiate firm with a genuinely flexible and inclusive culture. The firm values entrepreneurial thinking, promotes from within, and offers a clear path to leadership for the right individual.
