Job Description

Solicitor with minumum 3 years PQE wanted by well estabished firm in St Pauls Square for general litigation work with a bias to property and chancery Good salery with performance based bonus,pension and health insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to clients , ensuring clarity and understanding of legal concepts. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, or negotiations as required. Conduct thorough research on legal precedents, statutes, and regulations to support case strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation that may impact clients or cases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support throughout the legal process.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in legal research tools and software applications relevant to the role. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards .

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
