Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic and growing team at CJCH Solicitors. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters and play a key role in the continued development of our litigation department.

You will be required to manage a varied caseload of litigation matters on behalf of both claimant's and defendants from instructions to completion including:

Property disputes

Debt recovery

Contractual disputes

Boundary disputes

Contested probate matters

We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with the heads of department and help develop the firm's litigation department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE in civil litigation.

Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in a broad range of litigation matters.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Able to work independently and as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience of working to billing targets and managing caseloads efficiently.

Comfortable using MS Office and case management systems

Desirable:

Demonstrate a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.

Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in helping grow and develop the firm's litigation practice.

Additional Information:

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location:

Cardiff or Caerphilly office depending on preference
