Duties



Take charge of a varied caseload of litigation matters, offering expert legal advice and representation in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Draft and manage key legal documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage. Conduct in-depth legal research and build winning strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Be the trusted point of contact for clients, keeping them updated, offering reassurance, and guiding them through the litigation process. Prepare for and represent clients at trials, hearings, and other key proceedings, collaborating closely with witnesses, experts, and clients. Assist in driving the firm's growth through business development and networking, working with a team that values creativity and initiative.

Your caseload would include:



Property Litigation

: Handle complex boundary disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and leasehold enfranchisement

Commercial Disputes:

Get involved in high-stakes contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and professional negligence cases.

Debt Recovery:

Manage all aspects of debt recovery, from initial demand to enforcement.

General Civil Litigation:

Work on diverse cases such as defective products (e.g., motor yachts) and insolvency disputes, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Who are we looking for?



We're seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 4+ years PQE. While experience in property litigation is an advantage, we're more focused on finding someone with the right attitude, a passion for delivering excellent client service, and a desire to grow with us. If you're a confident, client-focused self-starter who enjoys managing a variety of challenging cases, we'd love to hear from you. Strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a solid billing record are essential.

Key Skills & Attributes:



Deep knowledge of civil litigation procedures and experience managing cases from start to resolution. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent client care and communication skills - you're someone who builds trust and delivers great service. Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office. A natural problem-solver with solid negotiation skills.
