Litigation Solicitor / Experienced Litigator

Location: Liverpool | Hybrid working available]

Salary: 47,500 - 55,000 (DOE & PQE)

Non-qualified experienced litigators: 28,000 - 35,000

The Role

Clarke Legal Specialists is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or non-qualified Litigator to join my clients finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on defended and complex litigation matters for a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage defended and complex litigation cases from start to finish. Advise clients on all aspects of litigation strategy. Prepare legal documents, witness statements, and court submissions. Represent clients in negotiations and hearings when required.

What We're Looking For

Strong litigation experience - ideally in Debt Recovery or Commercial Litigation. Solicitor (any PQE considered) or experienced non-qualified Litigator. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently.

Salary & Benefits

Qualified Solicitors: 47,500 - 55,000 DOE. Non-qualified Litigators: 28,000 - 35,000 DOE. Supportive and collaborative team environment. Opportunities for progression within a growing firm.
