We are now looking for a

Litigation Solicitor

to join our team and handle a varied caseload of civil and general litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. Handle a broad spectrum of disputes, including but not limited to: contract disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, professional negligence, and general civil claims. Draft and prepare pleadings, witness statements, applications, and court bundles. Conduct legal research and provide high-quality advice to clients. Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings. Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, timely, and practical advice. Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the litigation team.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with

1-4 years PQE

in litigation. Strong knowledge and practical experience in civil and general litigation. Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working within a team. Strong client care skills and a professional, proactive approach. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
