Adam Bernard Solicitors is a well-established, client-focused law firm based in London. We are seeking a
Litigation Solicitor
to join our growing Litigation Department and manage a varied civil and commercial caseload.The Role
You will be responsible for handling litigation matters from instruction to conclusion, including:
Civil and commercial litigation matters Contractual disputes and debt recovery Property and landlord & tenant disputes Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents Conducting hearings, negotiations, and ADR Advising clients on strategy, risk, and outcomes
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate Minimum
2 years' PQE
in civil and/or commercial litigation Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision Strong client-care and communication skillsDesirable
Experience in court advocacy and ADR Familiarity with case management systems Business development experience
