Summary

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Litigation team at Medlock Solicitors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising clients on Civil litigation matters, ensuring they receive the best possible legal support. Your expertise will be vital in helping individuals navigate complex legal processes.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on Civil Litigation and related legal matters. Deal with all aspects of a claim, pre action and issuing proceedings, small claims to multi track in a variety of matters including debt, contract law, insurance claims and general litigation Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Draft and review legal documents, including applications and appeals. Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings as necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and policies. Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with relevant experience in Civil Litigation. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not essential.
