We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Little Wing Sliced at the

SSE,

Management team.

As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the General Manager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.




We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week, (over five shifts including weekends). As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of 12.50 per hour with an increase up to 13 per hour after probationary period paid fortnightly.



We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.

Let's break it down! What are we looking for?

Essential Criteria

1 years' supervisor experience in a customer facing role Proven track record of organisational skills Demonstrate excellent communication skills Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza Strong customer focus

Desirable Criteria

:


1 years' supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar) Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a similar culinary role

WHAT'S THE DOUGH?

Earn

12.50 per hour

, with an increase to

13 per hour

after probationary period, plus a

1,250 bonus

for meeting KPIs.
