About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and charismatic Live Fashion Seller to represent The Sale Lab across multiple live streaming platforms. You'll be responsible for showcasing our fashion stock through engaging live sales presentations on UK Whatnot, Instagram Live, and TikTok Live, driving sales while building a loyal community of fashion enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
Live Streaming:
Host regular live selling sessions across UK Whatnot, Instagram Live, and TikTok Live platforms
Product Presentation:
Showcase fashion items with detailed descriptions, styling tips, and compelling sales techniques
Audience Engagement:
Build rapport with viewers, respond to comments and questions in real-time, and create an interactive shopping experience
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product presentation and customer interaction
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content strategies for each platform to maximize viewer engagement and sales conversion
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the team to ensure featured products are accurately represented and available
Community Building:
Foster relationships with regular customers and grow follower base across all platforms
Platform Optimization:
Stay updated with platform features, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement
Essential Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in live selling, retail, or sales (online selling experience preferred)
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication with natural on-camera presence
Fashion Knowledge:
Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and product knowledge
Technical Skills:
Comfortable with live streaming technology and social media platforms
Personality:
Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality with natural sales ability
Availability:
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when audiences are most active
Location:
Ideally based in or around Corby, Stoke-on-Trent, or Peterborough (remote/flexible working arrangements available)
UK Based:
Must be located in the UK for platform compliance and audience alignment
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience with Whatnot, Instagram Live, or TikTok Live
Social media following or content creation experience
Fashion retail or styling background
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
