Live-In Assistant Manager - Family Pub (Long-Term Role)
We are looking for a
live-in Assistant Manager
to join our friendly, medium-sized family pub. This is a long-term role (ideally a few years) for someone who is professional, hardworking and able to have good banter with both staff and customers. We need someone who knows when to bend the rules and when to stick to them.What We're Looking For
Bar experience
is essentialSupervisory experience
preferred Confident working on the bar for30-35 hours a week
Able to handle5-10 hours
of management duties, including: Stocktaking Sports posts & updates (good sports knowledge is a big plus) Online meetings Helping promote the business Bringing new ideas to increase sales and community engagementWhat We Offer
Live-in accommodation

Set weekly salary
- pay rate depends onage and experience
Performance-based bonuses (on-target rewards)
One week off every 3 months
One weekend off every month

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 11.00-14.00 per hour
