Responsibilities:
Administering personal care tailored to the client's needs, including hygiene assistance, dressing, and nutrition.
Conducting household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Managing medication and assisting with mobility.
Providing companionship, engaging in conversations, assisting with reading, and facilitating leisure activities.
Monitoring the client's health and reporting any significant changes.
Requirements:
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
Knowledge of dementia care, assisted living, and patient care techniques
Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Compassion and patience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
