Your Roles & Responsibilities as a Live in Care Professional:

As a Live in Care Professional, you will be living with our clients in the North Leicestershire area for circa 4 weeks at a time depending on their needs, you may even be supporting a couple in their home - and you'll be there to provide excellent care for extended periods of time. You are there to be a companion and to assist your client day to day, but also to help them remain independent in their own home.

Responsibilities may include;

Assisting with administration of medication Manual handling, using equipment where required, Promoting health and well-being with clients, enabling them to live their life to their full potential Household tasks & cleaning Providing personal care Meal preparation Shopping Assisting taking clients to social events Offering our clients companionship

Your Experience and Suitability for the Live in Care Professional Role:

Whilst previous experience is helpful, it is not a requirement. You will be introduced to your client over a period of time to acclimatise and to get to know one another. Live in care is a big commitment, and different to other types of employment, in that you would be spending a period of time with a client.

Important note: We are hiring a live in care professional as a bank staff member to deploy once acquiring a live in care package.
